7-day money-back guarantee. If a workflow or plugin doesn't import cleanly, or doesn't do what its product page says, email deus@lumnika.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us with the product name and the email or wallet address used at checkout. Card payments (Stripe) are refunded to the original card, usually within 5-10 business days. USDC payments are refunded to the sending wallet on Solana.

CV Forge and the AI Alt Text API are subscriptions billed monthly — cancel anytime from your account, no refund needed for future periods; the 7-day guarantee above still covers your first payment.

Delivered audits

Alt Text Audit (Single Site / Agency Pack) is a delivered service: once the report has been sent, the guarantee applies only if the audit doesn't match its product page description.
