FAQ

What does the workflow do? When an issue is opened, it sends the issue title and body to the model you chose and posts one comment with a likely cause, a fix and a test. Pull requests and issues opened by bots are ignored. It never labels, closes or edits anything.

What does it cost? Nothing on our side: no account, no server, no quota. You pay your AI provider for the tokens; a triage with a small model is typically a fraction of a cent. GitHub Actions minutes are free on public repositories.

Which permissions does it need? issues: write to post the comment and contents: read to read your README, both through the default GITHUB_TOKEN. The AI key stays in your repository secrets.

Can I try it without posting? Yes: tick "Dry run", open a test issue, and the comment is printed in the job log instead.
