Executive Resume Template
Senior resumes are read for scope and outcomes: the size of what you ran and what changed because you ran it. A calm layout with room to breathe reads as senior; a crowded one does not.
What the template needs to do
- Open with a three-line summary of scope: team size, budget, revenue or footprint.
- Every role gets its headline result first, then two to four supporting bullets.
- Two pages are fine at this level; three are not.
- Board roles, advisory work and major wins go in their own short section.
- Cut early-career detail to one line per job.
Sample: operations manager resume, Minimal layout
Recommended layout: Minimal — Centered header, quiet rules, generous whitespace.
