WhatsApp Cash on delivery confirmation Template for WooCommerce

The template that pays for itself in COD markets: the customer confirms before you pack and ship, and a "Cancel" costs you nothing instead of two shipping legs. Bulk Order Notifications for WA (full version) moves the order to Processing or Cancelled from the button the customer taps.
