Questions
- What is free?
- All 31 live layers of the map (everything except the Pro aviation layers: GPS interference, winds aloft, turbulence, SIGMETs and pilot reports), share links and permalinks, embeds, earthquake alerts for one area by push or email, and aurora alerts for one city. No account and no time limit.
- How do I cancel?
- Whenever you like, from the link in your Stripe receipt. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.
- Can I use Pro on more than one device?
- Yes. After payment you get a personal link, your key: open it on your phone, another computer or another browser and Pro turns on there too. There is no account and no password.
- I changed browser or lost my key. What now?
- Go to your Pro page and open the key link you saved there. If you no longer have it, enter there the email you paid with and we send the link to it.
- Where does the data come from?
- From public sources, read live: USGS for earthquakes, NASA FIRMS and EONET for fires and natural events, NASA GIBS for the satellite imagery, NOAA for weather models and the aurora forecast, and the ADS-B networks adsb.lol and OpenSky for aircraft. GPS interference and winds aloft are computed from what the aircraft themselves broadcast; SIGMETs and pilot reports come from the NOAA Aviation Weather Center.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, if a premium layer stays unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days in a month you paid for: ask, and that month is refunded. The details are in the Terms.
